Having a joint database enables internal experts and suppliers to check and provide vendor data, as well as provide their expertise, competencies, and vendor approval status. This makes the search and selection of the right supplier for a project much easier and transparent.
The application provides an overview of the current status as well as ongoing and completed joint projects. After the completion of the project, the collaboration and the service provider can be evaluated.
The application allows external access by suppliers after their registration to independently complete and edit their data in the supplier questionnaire. After completion, the questionnaire is reviewed by the internal employee and the supplier validated. For this process, it was essential to ensure that external parties only have access to the sections and information authorized for them.
