Würzburg, March 26, 2024 – As part of the annual Customer Exchange Event CX2024, Simplifier, one of the leading German low-code providers, presented the first Simplifier “Best Business App” Award to AZO. The award went to the “3D Spare Parts Procurement” application, which the specialist for the automation of raw materials and processes created based on the Simplifier low-code platform.
The Simplifier “Best Business App” Award was presented for the first time on March 13 at the Melchior Hotel in Würzburg as part of the low-code manufacturer’s Customer Exchange Event. Almost 20 business applications from the Simplifier customer base were submitted for the award. The winner was voted for live by the participants of the Customer Exchange Event after the presentation of all submissions.
Best Business App 2024: Innovative & simple spare parts ordering using a 3D model
AZO’s award-winning application, “3D Spare Parts Procurement”, offers an innovative and simple way to order spare parts using a 3D model. With the part viewer, which is supported by Simplifier, the app offers customers and service employees a unique tool for identifying spare parts. Intelligent navigation quickly guides users to the component they are looking for and provides accompanying documentation, including operating instructions, calibration records, certificates and drawings. If the part you are looking for is not in stock, integration into the ERP backend allows you to place an order in just a few clicks.
The silver and bronze medals went to Hako with its “Digital Shopfloor Management” application and Felix Schoeller with its Gasometer application.
Customer Exchange: focus on sharing experiences
This year’s Customer Exchange (CX2024) offered numerous opportunities over two days to network with other Simplifier customers and low-code interested parties, to exchange ideas on use cases or program structures and to learn new things about Simplifier.
