• conveys the added value for the customer through the use of Simplifier
• creates solution concepts and presentations to convince potential customers and partners of Simplifier
• helps our customers and partners throughout their journey to use Simplifier successfully
• assumes overall responsibility for our customers and partners and the further cooperation after conclusion of the contract
• advises and supports our customers in advancing the digitalization of their own company with Simplifer
• works in FlexWork mode and is on site at the customer’s premises if required

✅ What are you doing?

• You take responsibility for ensuring that our customers and partners use the Simplifier platform successfully, sustainably and with measurable added business value.
• You design, develop and optimize apps and prototypes based on the Simplifier platform – from the idea to productive use.
• You analyze specialist requirements, translate them into technical solution concepts and implement them together with the customer.
• You support customers and partners with technical questions, architecture decisions and best practices relating to app design, integration and scaling.
• You support customers with the introduction of new apps, training, enablement measures and building up their own development expertise.
• If required, you will provide support in technical and operational consulting, e.g. with performance issues, integrations, security issues or architecture reviews.
• You support the team with customer support.

✅ What do you bring with you?

• The mindset and motivation to be successful as a technical consultant in a customer-oriented environment – with a passion for consulting and implementation.
• Several years of experience as a developer, solution architect or consultant, ideally in the UI5 – low-code, web or enterprise environment.
• Very good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in the development of applications, e.g. with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and initial contact with SAP processes are desirable.
• Ideally knowledge of system integrations, including (e.g. ERP, databases, REST APIs and other web services).
• You empathize with customers very well, communicate clearly at eye level and build long-term customer relationships.
• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Willingness to support customers on site if required.
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoy actively shaping solutions.
