Even though we may have overstepped the boundaries of a start-up in some areas, the flair is still deeply rooted in our corporate culture. Excessive bureaucratization or encrusted, old structures are out of place with us! We are flexible, dynamic and agile in what we do and how we do it.

You won’t hear “Mr. Rühl” or “Ms. Landwehr” from us either. We know each other and are on first-name terms across all hierarchies. The informal atmosphere not only ensures excellent teamwork at eye level across all departments, but also creates space for fun activities together away from the desk. We also do not have a specific dress code. Our employees dress as they feel comfortable.

In July 2017, we moved into our new four walls at Nürnberger Str. 47A. And they are impressive! On the top floor, our employees can enjoy their morning coffee on our roof terrace with a view of Würzburg. Numerous meeting rooms invite you to exchange ideas. Our showroom in the heart of the modern building shows our guests the various digitization options on our low-code platform Simplifier. At lunchtime, our employees meet in the fully equipped kitchen to cook together or play a round of darts.

We know that work is not everything and therefore ensure a good work-life balance. To ensure that our employees can reconcile their private lives and careers as well as possible, they benefit from flexible working time models and trust-based working hours, among other things. They can also, of course, work from home if necessary or desired

Despite our focus on performance, we always place the highest value on a relaxed, open and respectful working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute.

Whether it’s bowling, wine festivals, barbecues on our roof terrace or a visit to a Christmas market – we organize various events several times a year for an evening together.
