✅What do you do?

• Development of LLM applications: Calling tools/functions, structured outputs, prompt patterns, security precautions
• RAG: chunking strategies, retrieval pipelines, reranking, grounding, citation handling
• Embeddings & vector search: Index design, similarity metrics, hybrid search concepts
• Evaluation orientation: basic offlineevaluations, regression testing, error analysis
• Mentoring from colleagues

✅What do you bring with you:

• Soundknowledge in the software developmentClean architecture, APIs, asynchronous patterns, code reviews, Git workflows
• 3-5 years experienceasasoftware/ML developer
• At least1-2publishedLLM/RAGfunctionsinproduction-likeenvironments
• TypeScript (very good knowledge) and/or sound implementation skills in the project’s primary stack Evaluation orientation: basic offline evaluations, regression testing, error analysis
• MCP: Use and/or implementation of MCP servers/tools
• Observability: Tracing, prompt/version tracking, cost and latency monitoring
• Basics of security and data protection for AI (PII, access control, data minimization)
