🚀Your value: As a pioneer, you are at the forefront of one of the most important steps in our sales process with your powers of persuasion, namely lead generation and qualification.

🚀Your purpose: You find ways to contact your contact persons in IT, SAP or in the specialist area and in initial discussions for Simplifier to inspire. You know how to skillfully identify the “need”.

 

What are you doing?

  • You identify decision-makers and stakeholders at large companies around the topic of digitization in the DACH region
  • You sustainably acquire new SQL (Sales Qualified leads) – either through a “cold” approach or through our diverse measures (inbound and outbound) for lead generation
  • The most important thing here is to convince the prospective customer on the phone for a further conversation
  • Independently arranging and carrying out initial appointments is part of your daily business
  • The qualification of leads based on the BANT criteria (Budget-Authority-Need-Time), as well as the subsequent handover to KAM
  • Working in a very agile environment and the low-code growth market

 

What do you bring with you?

  • Experience in the position of Sales Development Representative or Inside Sales Manager in internal sales in SaaS, PaaS or low code environment
  • Proven success in the new customer acquisition in B2B software sales– primarily in the generation of appointments in large companies
  • Know and understand the ambition of our Simplifier platform for the best possible placement of our USPs with potential customers
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in addressing customers in a targeted manner
