- As a solution, Simplifier was developed as an app with three overview boards that can be filled with information from SAP systems, production systems, machine data and documents
- The data on the current production orders can be called up and the processing status reported back via a plant employee’s tablet – the processing status can also be viewed in real time
- Data on the teams’ KPIs, such as output quantity and productivity, are presented in an appealing visualization and supported by a traffic light system to indicate deviations

The app makes it possible to gain a better overview of the processes on the store floor and to measure and adjust the teams’ KPIs in one tool. Plant employees get an overview of which devices are in which location and can open the corresponding assembly documentation with a single click.
