Problem

All the threads come together in final quality control: Results from different test sections form the basis for a proper final release – but all individual assessments must also be recorded in a standardized manner and be available “just in time”
Complex processes are often organized individually, especially in companies with several production sites – the lack of a standard makes cross-site measures difficult
Combining all location parameters not only leaves room for interpretation, but is also time-consuming and error-prone

Solution

With the app created in Simplifier, the quality checks of end products can now be carried out in a standardized and uniform manner
The different user groups enable the administration and execution of question categories of the products to be tested on the one hand, but also the documentation of reworking activities carried out, including solution documentation, on the other hand
Work can now be carried out in a much more targeted manner across locations – the processes are comparable
Errors are now also named according to defined standards

Impact

A prime example of the cross-location standardization of digitalized processes.

Developed for a local site, the app has now been scaled for multiple sites. This has led to increased process stability in final quality control and ultimately to financial savings by avoiding duplicate process management and creating synergies.
