When documenting product quality, the photos are still often taken with digital cameras, manually transferred to the system at defined intervals and manually assigned to the individual products and orders
This results in a cumbersome and time-consuming process that is prone to errors – possible defects may only be rectified after a delay
The availability and accuracy of the data is solely dependent on individual employees and their individual skills

Solution

With Simplifier, photos can be uploaded directly to the company database for documentation purposes by first scanning the item’s barcode for assignment and then taking the photos with a cell phone in the next step
Before the photos are uploaded to the assigned folder of the connected system, they can be checked again in the app
The relevant photos can then be selected, uploaded to the linked tool via the application and automatically saved in the assigned folder
