Problem

  • Previously, each machine was assigned a paper-based collection of documents provisionally attached to the object, in which maintenance information was stored
  • The ring binders were intended to make it easier to work directly at the machine, but were very cumbersome to use
  • There was no transparency as to whether all information was always complete and up-to-date everywhere

Solution

  • The Simplifier app now displays all important machine-relevant documents clearly and digitally , e.g. the autonomous maintenance plan, the operating instructions, the cleaning plan and the logbook
  • Maintenance points can be created and described on a notebook
  • Current maintenance is called up and signed off on a tablet or smartphone , so the app makes optimum use of the advantages of different end devices
