Manual recording: The damage report is documented on paper before it is recorded digitally

Solution

The app was developed with Simplifier and the user interface, claim codes and forms can be customized
The damage is recorded directly on site at the machine in the app, documented and automatically created in the connected SAP system
In addition, photos can be attached to the report and damage can also be recorded in offline mode

It eliminates an error-prone step and therefore speeds up the process immensely. Thanks to the responsive mobile app, which is also available offline, employees are much more flexible and can create damage reports more quickly and efficiently.
