What we offer
At Simplifier, a dynamic, ever-growing team of business information scientists, software developers, engineers, designers and creatives are committed to implementing new concepts and intelligent software applications to help companies digitize their business.
Even though we may have crossed the boundaries of a start-up in some areas, the flair is still deeply rooted in our corporate culture. Excessive bureaucratization or encrusted, old structures are out of place here! We are flexible, dynamic and agile in what we do and how we do it.
Besides, you won’t hear a “Mr. Ruehl” or a “Mrs. Landwehr” from us. We know each other and are on first name terms across all hierarchies. The family atmosphere not only ensures excellent teamwork at eye level across all departments, but also creates room for fun in joint activities away from the desk. We also do not have a specific dress code. Our employees dress the way they feel comfortable.
We just moved into our new four walls at Nürnberger Str. 47A in July 2017. And they are quite something to see! On the top floor, our employees can enjoy their morning coffee on our roof terrace with a view of Würzburg. Numerous meeting rooms invite you to exchange ideas. Our showroom in the heart of the modern building shows our guests the various digitization options on our low-code platform Simplifier. At lunchtime, our employees meet in the fully equipped kitchen to cook together or for a round of darts.
We know that work is not everything and therefore ensure a good work-life balance. To help our employees balance their private lives and careers as well as possible, they benefit from flexible working time models and trust-based working hours, among other things. In addition, if necessary or desired, they can of course work from home.
Despite all our performance orientation, we always place the highest value on a relaxed, open and appreciative working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute.
Finish the evening and have interesting conversations with colleagues. Or simply talk to colleagues from other departments that you haven’t had a chance to meet yet. That is the goal of Open Bar!
Whether bowling, wine festivals, joint barbecues on our roof terrace or visiting a Christmas market – several times a year we organize various events for an evening together.
We are aware that the statutory pension will not be sufficient to provide the income our employees receive today in retirement. That is why we support company pension schemes with an employer contribution.
