Change in the Supervisory Board of Simplifier

There have been personnel changes on the Supervisory Board of low-code provider Simplifier. Hermann Schäfer is leaving the Supervisory Board at his own request. Thomas Dieringer was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board at the request of the owners at the last Annual General Meeting. He will leave the Advisory Board when he takes up his new position.

At the request of the owners, Thomas Dieringer has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Simplifier AG since the Annual General Meeting in September. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of digitalization, business development, purchasing and production. His career includes several successful start-ups, acquisitions and mergers of the companies founded as well as management positions in leading companies. As a business angel and consultant, Thomas Dieringer accompanies SaaS companies on their path to success.
