Würzburg, July 15, 2019

Good news for all SAP fans: “Simplifier: Low-Code IoT platform for SAP software” from Simplifier AG (Würzburg) is finally available in the SAP App Center!”The app makes it possible to create, manage and deploy sustainable enterprise applications – on a single platform,” says Christian Kleinschroth (Chief Technology Officer of Simplifier AG).

A very special advantage: Apps can be displayed and tested in the Simplifier Mobile Client (available for iOS and Android) or browser as soon as they have been configured.

Added value through integration and device independence: existing SAP systems as well as non-SAP systems, databases and sensor technology can be integrated bidirectionally using ready-made interfaces. All native mobile functions of the end devices (sensors, camera, barcode, etc.) can be used at any time. “With Simplifier, you can create integrated business and IoT applications in a web-based environment that is available on-premise or in the cloud,” explains Kleinschroth.

Further plus points

  • Thanks to the unique collaboration mode, you can work on an application together with other developers in real time. No more conflicts due to different versions. With the autosave function, changes can be undone or restored at any time.
  • Investment security through the integration of systems via standardized interfaces.
  • All applications are open source and can be exported to any runtime environment.
  • Simple deployment of the applications created on the SAP Cloud Platform, SAP NetWeaver, stand-alone or on the Simplifier Cloud.
