The low-code platform Simplifier is intended to accelerate the development of these and other new applications in addition to the core systems. The medical packaging manufacturer Gerresheimer revised its IT strategy in mid-2023 and aims to optimize around 70 percent of processes in the specialist departments at its 54 sites by 2028. Gerresheimer is currently looking for platforms to achieve this. CIO Zafer Nalbant says that they also want to use low-code technologies for this because they are certain that they will not be able to automate every process with the conventional platform. The potential of Simplifier is also currently being evaluated for this purpose. We will continue to report on the progress of the collaboration.
