PwC Holdings Germany GmbH and Possehl Digital invest in low-code platform Simplifier

Würzburg, March 23, 2023 – The low-code provider Simplifier has successfully completed its investment round and is pleased to welcome two new minority shareholders: PwC Holdings Germany GmbH and Possehl Digital GmbH are participating in the growth financing of Simplifier AG. This should help to consolidate Simplifier’s position in the DACH market and further expand its role as a leading low-code provider in Europe.

Simplifier plans to expand the platform with additional features, functions and integration options and to expand its partner network.

The auditing and consulting firm PwC Germany is investing in the German low-code provider together with Possehl Digital GmbH via its holding company PwC Holdings Germany GmbH.
