This creates structured data in real time, which not only increases quality, but also improves forecasts and reports. Instead of long development cycles, Südzucker relies on agile, sprint-based implementation in fusion teams: IT and specialist departments develop together – from mockup to productive app. Governance remains clearly regulated: Roles, processes and source code are completely in the hands of the company. This guarantees security, scalability and group-wide reuse. As a result, five highly functional applications are already in use today – with a steadily growing user base. And platform expertise is also shared across locations via a knowledge hub within the Group.
