Problem

The urgent requirement from the specialist departments was to make the very complex contract system , which was distributed among different processors, centrally available and to manage it digitally
The corresponding documents were usually created and managed manually at various locations in the company and in some cases stored locally on the computers
The overview of the different contract types and their status was just as lacking as a standardized form of archiving – quick access to a digital location was just as impossible as a quick handover in the event of vacation

Solution

Thanks to the simple Simplifieruser interface, Apetito was able to create the contract database application with SAP connection itself, allowing valuable process knowledge to flow directly into the application
Thanks to its simple functionality, the contract database is very popular with all employees
The admin can control the contract fields and position data via a control board and specify what should be visible – this way, the complex amount of data is optimally selected depending on the information requirements
