Problem

  • The processing of complaints – so-called charges for different cost centers – was previously managed with Word documents
  • This precluded a standardized or uniform type of communication, as well as the clear documentation of all complaints or the automated search for specific incidents. In addition, there was no direct access from the ERP system
  • Due to the individual handling of the documents and the coordination effort within the specialist department, delays in processing and a lack of transparency in the process were inevitable

Solution

  • Based on the process experience from the specialist area, Simplifier developed a digital form for the simple documentation and processing of claims for various complaints
  • The completed forms can now be converted into PDFs with one click and stored in the system
  • Employees can log in to the simple digital template via Azure SSO

When calling up the debit advice screen, you have various options for selection – e.g. by “types” to assign the type of advice to process topics, such as shortage or supplier returns or complaint exchanges. The relevant store and supplier are also displayed with all the necessary information
