Problem

In practice, the implementation of feedback formats and suitable processes repeatedly presents companies with challenges, as the exchange between managers and employees is often individual and not very standardized or structured
In the actual feedback process , the topics that would have been relevant for the professional development of the individual employee are not always addressed
Post-processing of the process cannot be triggered automatically either – scheduling appointments is complicated

Solution

Within a very short space of time, Simplifier was developed as an app for preparing feedback meetings, enabling employees to select relevant topics in a targeted manner
The application should also add a playful aspect to the feedback process to motivate employees to give their assessment – in this case realized with attractively designed event cards
A workflow is activated when the card selection is completed: The cards are sent to the line manager so that they can then send a suggested date for the feedback meeting
