Time recording (SAP/CATS)

Problem

Previously, employees had to record their working hours laboriously in SAP, which made time recording tedious and error-prone
This led to unnecessary delays, double bookings and complicated corrections, which significantly increased the administrative workload
Due to the confusing user interface, there was also a lack of transparency and flexibility to adjust bookings quickly and easily

Solution

The timesheet app simplifies the booking of employees’ working times and supports bookings for cost centers and WBS elements in the time sheet (CATS) in SAP
The booked times can be adjusted by simply changing the size of a worklog or by moving it to another position in the calendar
Every changed or newly created work log is immediately validated by the SAP system and the underlying CATS profile settings
