Problem

  • With the conventional method, an employee from the energy supplier comes by once a year to read the meter reading
  • Although this effort can be reduced by manually entering the customer in an app, this method is prone to errors

  • A responsive app was developed with Simplifier, which was implemented both on the web and as a standalone app for iOS and Android
  • The input channel has been digitized and meter data can be transmitted using the app – only the meter number and the meter reading need to be entered or can be captured and sent using the image recognition system
