The service employees have to record and transmit the consumption data based on the meter readings at the customer’s premises, where there is often no stable Internet connection
This results in an error-prone transfer of data to the system and data loss when the Internet connection is interrupted

With the Simplifier app, service employees can view upcoming meter reading orders with a mobile device and record consumption data
All data, such as the meter reading list, and functions can also be used in offline mode, in which case the data is saved locally and automatically transferred to the connected ERP system when switching to online mode
