Wuerzburg, October 19th, 2023 – In the supervisory board of the low-code provider Simplifier, personnel changes have taken place. Hermann Schäfer is leaving the supervisory board at his own request. Thomas Dieringer was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board at the owners’ request at the last shareholder meeting. He will leave the Advisory Board effective upon assuming his new position.   

At the request of the owners, Thomas Dieringer joined the Supervisory Board of Simplifier AG at the shareholder meeting in September. He can draw from more than 20 years of experience in the areas of digitalization, business development, purchasing and production. His career includes several successful company foundations, acquisitions and mergers of the founded companies as well as executive functions in leading corporations. As a business angel and consultant, Thomas Dieringer accompanies SaaS companies on their way to success.
