PwC Holdings Germany GmbH and Possehl Digital take stake in low-code platform Simplifier
Wuerzburg, March 23rd 2023 – Low-code provider Simplifier has successfully completed its investment round and is pleased to have two new minority shareholders: PwC Holdings Germany GmbH and Possehl Digital GmbH contribute to the growth funding of Simplifier AG. This is designed to strengthen Simplifier’s positioning in the DACH market and further expand its role as a leading low-code provider in Europe.
Simplifier will continue to expand the platform with additional features, functionalities, and integration capabilities, as well as grow its partner network.
