8D Report – Digital Complaint Management
Once the quality inspector has received the 8D report, they can use their mobile device to initiate the report. At the same time, the report is created in the existing QDX-capable system, such as SAP. As soon as the 8D report has been sent by the quality inspector, the supplier simultaneously receives a message in his application with the desired response time and a defined deadline.
Photo documentation
Allows demand requirements, photos to document the product quality of the orders to be uploaded directly to the company’s database. Therefore, the first step is to scan the QR or barcode of the produced items to ensure the assignment of the photos. Subsequently, the employee can take the required photos with the camera of the mobile device. In the next step, the employee can check the images, select the relevant photos and upload them to the linked tool via the application. These are then automatically saved in the assigned folder in the system together with the required information.
