Centralised control
Simplifier is a best-in-class IT governance solution that provides a central place to manage, monitor and measure your organisation’s software development processes. Equipped with Simplifier, you get the tools you need to ensure the compliance, security and efficiency of your IT projects. So you can be sure that your IT projects are implemented professionally and securely.
Organise your teams
Simplifier Projects assists you in structuring your low-code excellence teams into different projects. Each project allows you to assign your end users and app builders to a corresponding set of Simplifier Building Blocks (artefacts). This gives them exactly the configuration objects they need to achieve their goals.
More than one organisational unit
Yet a Simplifier project is not just an additional view for Simplifier content – project and business role management allows the platform owner to control rights and permissions within each project. Not only for the design, but also for the runtime.
Identity Provider & SSO
Simplifier is a low-code platform that offers a range of features, including the ability to integrate with various identity providers to enable single sign-on (SSO) functionality. Simplifier supports integration with a number of providers including OAuth, SAML, LDAP, OpenID Connect, Active Directory onPremise and SAP Single-Sign-On (SSO2).
In addition, Simplifier single sign-on functionality enables synchronization of user attributes, groups, and roles to avoid redundant user management and maintenance.
Role-based access
Role Based Access Control (RBAC) is a security feature that provides the ability to control access based on the roles of individual users within an organization. This allows administrators to manage who can access certain parts of the platform and perform particular actions. This results in the following benefits:
Increased security, Increased productivity, Simplified compliance.
Performance and usage analysis
Simplifier monitors the performance of individual applications running on the platform, including response times, error rates, and transaction throughput. This helps identify performance issues that could impact the user experience.
In addition to technical performance tracking, Simplifier also monitors user activity on the platform, such as login times, usage of applications, business objects and connectors, and more. This identifies trends and patterns that indicate a need for improvement or optimization in specific areas.
Autogenerated documentation
The Simplifier Process Designer combines user story documentation with a logic diagram. All comments, logic flows and descriptions of the User Stories can be exported as HTML and Markdown to be easily shared in Sharepoint or Wikis.
Simplifier User Story allows the story to be linked to an existing web-based project management tool such as Jira, Asana or Trello. This completes the overall documentation and increases transparency across the entire app development project.
Accelerate standardization
Reusability enables (Citizen) developers to quickly create new applications by leveraging existing components, modules, and integrations (connectors). Reusing components and modules across multiple applications ensures consistency in terms of usability, functionality and performance.
At the same time, it reduces maintenance and improves the quality and scalability of application creation.
