Your Value: With your software expertise, you contribute significantly to the design of the technical architecture of our low code platform.     

Your Purpose: You are responsible for the definition and further development of the software architecture of our low code platform based on Scala with Akka.

• You design and implement scalable, robust, and performant solutions considering the specific requirements of our platform.  
• You will work closely with the development team to drive best practices for design, code quality, and software engineering efficiency.   
• You share responsibility for the technical development of the team by providing training, mentoring, and coaching to continuously improve the technical skills and knowledge of team members.   
• You will identify technical challenges and develop solution approaches to optimize platform performance and stability.   
• You work closely with product managers and other relevant stakeholders to understand technical requirements and integrate them into the architecture.   
• You will conduct code reviews and provide technical training to team members to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and further development of technical skills. 

• Extensive and deep experience in software architecture with JVM based languages.   
• Solid knowledge in developing distributed, scalable, and performant applications based on Akka.   
• Proficiency in modern software engineering practices such as test automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).   
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.   
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.   
• Knowledge of modern JavaScript UI frameworks, ideally experience with openUI5.   
• University Degree in computer science or similar field is desirable.
