Customer challenges
Disposition has the challenge of allocating all resources and tasks within a company as efficiently and purposefully as possible. The focus is always on optimizing the process, in other words, the workflow. In order to ensure efficient and simple handling, BTC provides its customers with Multi Dispo Control as part of the BTC Maintenance family. This digital solution solves these challenges in disposition:

Application description
Rough planning
The application covers all relevant fields of scheduling and thus significantly streamlines the process significantly. In the first step, a rough preliminary disposition can already be made by filtering the measures. Depending on requirements, individual filter groups can be created to select the worklist at a very early stage. In the second step, these selections can be used for detailed planning.
Fine planning
In the second step, either the task view or the resource view can be used for refinement. Measures or resources are only displayed according to availability or technical specialization/possibility. In this way, the operator can clearly plan the schedules of his technicians individually or as a group. Or he lets the system carry out an automatic distribution.
The disposition of the objects is done comfortably by drag and drop in a accustomed calendar display. The planning can be done either for a single employee or for multiple employees. Bulk planning for a large number of orders is also possible. Scheduling conflicts are displayed immediately and can be solved directly. A jump, e.g. in an SAP PM order, is possible at any time.
A lightweight user experience to intuitively and easily manage scheduling tasks:
The Multi Dispo Control is available as a template and can be specifically adapted to the individual needs of each company. In this way, BTC implements the following advantages:
Simple interface design with focus on the most important functions without “function nesting”, by using a uniform framework and guidelines such as UI5 and Fiori.
The users only gets the functions they really need, flexibly assembled in a modular function kit according to his requirements. The connection to various backend systems is standardized via web services and standardized connectors. Short-term realization of individual requirements with low coding effort, through reusable modules and building blocks or low-code and thus a significant reduction in development and project costs.
