Multi Dispo Control

Disposition has the challenge of allocating all resources and tasks within a company as efficiently and purposefully as possible. The focus is always on optimizing the process, in other words, the workflow. This digital solution solves these challenges in disposition:

In the second step, either the task view or the resource view can be used for refinement. Measures or resources are only displayed according to availability or technical specialization/possibility. In this way, the operator can clearly plan the schedules of his technicians individually or as a group. Or he lets the system carry out an automatic distribution.

The disposition of the objects is done comfortably by drag and drop in a accustomed calendar display. The planning can be done either for a single employee or for multiple employees. Bulk planning for a large number of orders is also possible. Scheduling conflicts are displayed immediately and can be solved directly. A jump, e.g. in an SAP PM order, is possible at any time.
