The app makes it easier for managers to administrate employee skills. This includes both time-unlimited and time-limited qualifications. The competencies are stored centrally in a database of the SAP HCM system.
It is necessary for the manager to be authenticated in order to access the administration. Thereafter, they can access an overview of the employees whose qualifications they are eligible to administer.
Through the selection of an employee, the manager gets to an overview that displays all qualifications that are necessary for the occupied position. The existing qualifications can be selected via checkbox.
For qualifications with a time limit (e.g. certificates), the validity period can be specified. Once confirmed, a summary of the changes is displayed one more time.
