Beginning of a promising partnership
The first contact between HF Mixing Group and Simplifier came about through Possehl Digital’s network. The HF Mixing Group had been dealing with the topic of low-code for some time and Simplifier convinced the contact persons not only as a company, but also through its advanced technology. In particular, the outstanding technical expertise, practical approach and visionary orientation of the low-code provider left a lasting positive impression.
To prove the capabilities of the platform and the team, a proof of concept was conducted. The goal was to create a CRM application that would enable the management of customer contacts, an overview of projects, the existing machinery on the customer side, and an overview of meetings in order to optimize customer support. This required SAP, a custom quote configurator, and a product database application to be connected to the application. Another requirement was the seamless integration of the HF Mixing Group’s Business Information System into the CRM application. All defined requirements were implemented within a very short time. After only ten days, the CRM solution named “Sales Cockpit” could be presented to the Possehl Digital network at the Possehl Digital Conference.
Powerful and expanding partnership
Supported by the Simplifier team as part of the onboarding process, the HF Mixing team is currently working on the final setup of the Sales Cockpit. In addition, the two teams are working together on a machine monitoring app that will give HF Mixing customers a comprehensive overview of their machines in use.
